We make every effort to guarantee availability and price of all our products, however, due to unforseen circumstances, we may need to modify orders at any time. Dye lots variations may vary slightly due to processing and your computer monitor's color screens Lengths and sizes may vary slightly. If you are not satisfied, contact us within ten days and we will refund any unopened unused products.  Personalized items and opened items can not be returned. Shipping and Processing charges will not be refunded.  A restocking fee of $20.00 may be assessed.
